By accessing or using the Farmers Bridge website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order for chilli products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the policies referenced within.
All product descriptions, images, heat levels, ASTA colour values and specifications are indicative and represent typical export lots. Actual analysis may vary between harvests. The definitive specification for any order is the one agreed in writing at the time of the sales contract.
Quotations issued by Farmers Bridge are valid for the period stated in the quotation (typically seven days) unless withdrawn earlier. An order is confirmed only after receipt of a signed proforma invoice and an advance payment where applicable.
Standard payment terms are 30% advance and 70% against copy of shipping documents (or by irrevocable Letter of Credit). Custom terms may be agreed on a case-by-case basis for repeat buyers.
Delivery time frames are estimates based on the harvest calendar, availability, and shipping-line schedules. Risk of loss passes to the buyer at the point specified in the Incoterms of the contract (typically FOB Chennai / Krishnapatnam).
Any claim related to product quality must be raised within 14 days of arrival at the destination port, supported by an independent surveyor’s report from a mutually agreed agency. Farmers Bridge will investigate and, where a claim is validated, agree a reasonable settlement.
Farmers Bridge shall not be liable for any delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, port strikes, government action, disease outbreaks affecting the chilli crop, or war.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
